How To Order
Orders can be placed via online at www.edistribution.com.au, email, phone or fax, however please include the product code number to enable your order to be processed quicker.

Prices
All prices are effective from 1st January 2010 and are subject to change without notification. Prices shown include G.S.T unless specified.
Orders
Minimum order value is $100 (including G.S.T.) orders under this value will attract a $20 handling charge.
Delivery
Melbourne $12, Sydney & Adelaide $14, Brisbane & Perth $16 up to 20kg, shipment of 20kg POA. All other areas a freight recovery fee of $20 applies (excludes backorders).
Terms
First orders subject to prepayment. Trading terms subject to application & conditions. Upon successful credit application your terms may be extended to a maximum of 30 days nett.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard. Internet transfers can be made to Essential Distribution Account# 1023 1981 BSB #065 114 Please include your business name and invoice numbers. Cheques posted to PO Box 20 Collinswood 5081 SA.
Title Of Goods
Title of goods will pass to the customer only when payment in full has been received.
Returns & Credits
Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returns must have the prior approval from management and will be subject to re-stocking fee.
Backorders
We will send all backorders over $100 when available unless notified without any additional freight costs.
